Why Siling Labuyo?

capsicum frutescens. This is the scientific name of Siling Labuyo which is known as chili pepper in English.
The fruit is used as a condiment while the leaves are cooked as vegetable. It is claimed to be an excellent source of calcium and iron and a good source of phosphorus, vitamins A and B and citric acid. Eh bakit naman ito ang napili kong titulo ng aking blog?. Kasi mahilig ako nito, lalo na sa bicol express. Ung laing na may maraming sili pero masarap. Pampasarap naman talaga ang sili lalo na sa pulutang karne. (Oy, hindi ako lasenggo ah. Umiinom ako pero paminsan minsan.)
 
Gusto ko sa blog na ito pagusapan ang maiinit na isyu sa ating bansa. Medyo opinionated kasi ako pero I know how to listen to others naman. And I respect others opinion also. Kung baga open minded ako.
